Welcome to Stratavise. These terms govern your use of Services, Information Products, and Goods offered via the domain stratavise360.com.

3. Services

Stratavise offers strategic thinking coaching sessions and workshops (collectively, "Services"). All sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

3.1 Scheduling and Delivery

Sessions occur online or on-site at locations agreed upon in advance.

3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may request changes at least 7 days prior to a session to avoid charges. Rescheduling requests received within 48 hours of a session may incur a 50% fee.

4. Information Products

Digital offerings such as training modules and manuals ("Information Products") are delivered via downloadable links or online access.

5. Goods

Physical items such as workbooks and printed materials ("Goods") are shipped to the address provided at purchase.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance as specified at the point of sale. Accepted methods are detailed on the checkout page.

7. Reimbursement Policies

7.1 Services

Clients may receive a full reimbursement of fees for Services canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 48 hours in advance qualify for a 50% reimbursement. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the start time are not eligible for reimbursement. Clients may request a session transfer to a different date once without additional charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the original date.

7.2 Information Products

Reimbursement requests for Information Products must be made within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, clients must not have commenced more than 10% of the content. Approved requests will be processed via the original payment channel within 15 business days.

7.3 Goods

Reimbursement requests for Goods must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Approved requests will be processed within 15 business days after receipt of items sent back to Stratavise. Clients are responsible for shipping charges unless items are defective or the wrong product was delivered.

8. No-Reimbursement Services

Certain Services, including limited-capacity workshops and bespoke consulting packages, are non-reimbursable due to preparatory work and resource allocation. Details regarding non-reimbursable Services are provided at the time of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Stratavise remain the property of Stratavise and are protected by copyright laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law principles.
